If a patient wishes to enrol at a GP clinic in New Zealand, they will typically need to pick up a physical enrolment pack from a clinic, take it home to fill out by hand, and then return it to the practice. This is a time-consuming and inconvenient process for patients, and creates extra work and stress for administrative staff.

1. Fill out basic patient info

1. Once a form is submitted, it appears here as "Pending"

2. The Enrolment will then be entered into Medtech or Indici. The form will be then be marked as "Entered"

3. Some forms need manual intervention because multiple matching patients were found

4. Click on the question mark to resolve the issue

5. An existing patient was found with the name "Minos Li". If you are sure the patients are the same person, click on the matched patient

6. Click "Update the above selected patient"

8. The form will now be entered into your patient management system

9. Go through each step of enrolling a patient, tick each task when completed

10. When all tasks are completed and the patient is enrolled, click completed

Enrolment Admin

Staff can view all the key details from a single page with the enrolment admin page. Identifying patient details are listed for every entered form, as well as associated documents such as ID documents.

Colour-coding instantly tells admin staff the processing status of the form. With the enrolment admin, everything can be managed from one place.
