How to enable QuickShot for a user
QuickShot is enabled for a user by giving them the 'Can add quick shot' (ezyscan.add_quickshot) permission. You give permissions to a user by adding the user to a group with the permission. By default, we create a group called 'CLINIC_NAME Staff' which should have this permission. If there is a group with 'QuickShot' in the name, this group will have the permission instead.
Below are the detailed steps to add the user to a group.
1. Navigate to settings
Firstly, navigate to the Settings page by clicking on the 'Settings' link. This link is located in the navigation bar, at the top right of the page.
2. Navigate to the Users page
Secondly, click on the 'Users' button as shown in the image to the right to navigate to the Users page.
3. Select a user
Select an existing user already shown in the list of all users. Otherwise, create a new user using the "Create User" link. See our guide here on creating new users.
4. Add user to QuickShot group
Double click on the group with the 'Can add quick shot' permission. You can also click on the group to highlight it and click the single right arrow to select to group.
Finally, click the 'Save' button to save your changes to the user. QuickShot will now be enabled for the user.
